What stars have the best bodies in Hollywood this hot summer? Jennifer Aniston has been stunning lots of fans with her stunning bikini photos and she gets a nod from Life & Style Weekly's summertime list. Mariah Carey has nabbed something called the "Best Transformation" and Reality TV and homemade sex video princess Kim Kardashian gets a "Shapeliest Sister" nod with big sister Kourtney Kardashian.
The magazine has a report this week that notes that they did the legwork and scoured through the hottest stars of the summer and narrowed down our picks for Life & Style’s Best Bodies Awards! The list of nearly 30 awards range from the sexiest six-pack to the buffest arms and best post-baby body.
For Mariah Carey the magazine has this: "The notorious yo-yo dieter slimmed down yet again while working on her recent album, E=MC2. In fact, Mariah, 39, flew her trainer, Patricia Gay, from St. Bart’s to NYC to help the 5-foot-9 pop star drop from a size 8 to a size 2 in roughly eight months. “I feel better than I’ve ever felt,” she says."
Don't worry girls they have us covered as well. David Beckham brings home the "sexist six-pack" award. The magazine article notes, "His mom doesn’t exactly approve of his steamy Emporio Armani ads, but his fans sure do. “I’ve been doing some work with the soccer squad as well as plenty of gym work to build up my fitness,” said a ridiculously chiseled David, 33, explaining his preparation for the soccer season."
For Kim and Kourtney, "These reality-TV stars have no qualms about showing some skin — or teasing each other about their famously curvy assets. Kourtney, 29, may mock Kim, 27, about having some “junk in her trunk,” but Kim (who works with a trainer, does martial arts moves while on a treadmill and refuses to starve herself) insists she likes her shape. “I embrace my big butt,” she says.
With all of the wild pictures of Jennifer Aniston now floating around, the magazine concentrates on her tone and her buff arms. They report, "Beach babe Jennifer Aniston, 39, got plenty of attention for her toned physique — and burgeoning romance with John Mayer — while filming Marley & Me in Miami. Her vacation routine? The longtime yoga devotee (who credits the exercise discipline for making her legs leaner and her arms stronger) worked her limbs on her Miami hotel’s elliptical machine."
