Jennifer aniston is not pregnant!

The National Enquirer reported that Aniston, 38, is expecting and speculated that the father could be either Vince Vaughn, Paul Sculfor or Sex and the City hunk Jason Lewis.

But her rep tells Usmagazine.com: “She is not pregnant.”

An eyewitness told Us that the Friends alum sipped a martini at a Christmas Eve dinner with pals Courteney Cox and David Arquette at Mastro’s in Beverly Hills.

She also recently had her hair colored by Michael Canali — another pregnancy no-no — last week.

The star “is in a great mood,” a source told Us, despite the fact that she didn’t have a date and “left alone” after the Christmas Eve dinner. “There’s no drama, and that’s why she’s happy!”

Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox’s Holiday Tradition

Few things are more sacred these days than the traditions of girlfriends. And Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox-Arquette are living proof that BFFs need to stick together.

Through all of Jen’s romantic hardships, her Christmas Eve tradition of dining at Mastros in Beverly Hills, California with Courteney has never faded.

And this past Holiday was no different. The former “Friends” actresses were spotted heading into the LA hot spot for dinner this past Monday.

The actress formerly known as Monica was wearing a black shirt with jeans and a pair of black flats, while Jen opted for an all-black ensemble topped off by a pair of high-heeled boots.

And unlike years past, Aniston didn’t bring a beau with her to dinner. It was just two girls having a little holiday fun together.

Jennifer Aniston moves in with new man Jason Lewis

According to reports, Jennifer Aniston has moved in with her new man Jason Lewis. The actress and the ‘Sex and the City’ star were also said to be spending Christmas together with Lewis’ family in Los Angeles. Lewis was allegedly desperate for his family to meet Aniston.

Aniston, who was divorced from Brad Pitt in 2005, was reportedly set to spend the holidays with the Pitt family, but turned down the invitation as she wanted to meet Lewis’ family.

The 38-year-old ‘Friends’ star sparked rumors of a romance after she was spotted on two dates with Lewis last month.

Jason Lewis N Jen aniston

Are Jason Lewis and Jennifer Aniston an item? According to the insider, Jennifer Aniston is even meeting his family.

The insider said, “Jason’s mother, Nancy, is flying in from Missouri just to meet Jennifer. It’s really important to him. He’s so thrilled because he’ll also get to introduce Jennifer to his sister Nicole’s new baby girl, Makela. It’s going to be a very warm and cozy holiday at his grandmother’s house in L.A., and everyone is thrilled to meet the woman Jason has been raving about!”

Her new man’s invitation meant a change of plans for Jennifer, 38, the magazine reports in this week’s issue. Her former mother-in-law, Jane Pitt, had invited her to spend Christmas at their family home in Springfield, Mo. While Jennifer was considering accepting, sources say, the idea of spending the holidays with Jason won out.

The insider added the reason the pair clicked so fast is because Jen and Jason have so much in common. They’re both homebodies who like to stay in and cook dinner, order takeout, work out and watch DVDs.

Jessica Alba is pregnant!

Jessica “Don’t Call Me Latina” Alba is pregnant (with a non-Latino baby), her publicist has confirmed.

It was probably a mistake!

Her boyfriend, Cashole Warren, is officially the new K-Fed.

The baby is due in late Spring / early Summer.

“Don’t Call Me Latina” and Cashole had broken up earlier this year. They’re not even engaged. We’re sure a baby is gonna be the glue that will make their relationship last. Cuz that works every time, right?

Good luck to them!

Don't Believe The Rumors!

Allegations surfaced Wednesday that Eva Longoria’s husband, Tony Parker, cheated on her.

The rumors began when a woman allegedly sold her story for profit to a paparazzi agency.

Longoria’s publicist calls the allegations “completely, 100 percent false and untrue.”

Eva herself says, “Tony has been nothing short of the perfect husband.”

Defending his reputation, Parker adds, “I love my wife. She’s the best thing in my life, and I have never been happier.”

We’re inclined to believe Tony and Eva.

This woman just seems to be out for a paycheck!

David Arquette's Aniston ultimatum

Dec 9, 2007, 11:30 GMT

David Arquette has reportedly given wife Courteney Cox an ultimatum - it's "me or Jennifer Aniston".

Courteney and Jennifer have been virtually inseparable since meeting on hit US TV show 'Friends' 13 years ago, but now David has had enough of sharing his wife with her best pal and has issued Courteney with some ground rules.

A source said: "Somewhat understandably, David's now saying it's him or Jennifer. He's had enough and is drawing a line in the sand. He's asking that Jennifer's visits become less frequent and that there are no phone calls between midnight and 8am."

Jennifer is said to spend almost every US public holiday with the couple, including Thanksgiving, and has also started calling Courteney for midnight chats from the set of her new movie 'Management' in Oregon.

Jennifer - who was supported through her divorce from Brad Pitt and split from Vince Vaughn by Courteney - even joined the couple on a recent break to Hawaii, which David had hoped would be a romantic getaway.

Another source added: "David is now telling friends that it feels like he is married to two women.

"He likes Jennifer but, since she's been single, she and Courteney spend so much time together that it's no surprise he's feeling left out."

Backstreet Boy Howie Dorough Gets Married

Backstreet Boy Howie Dorough and longtime girlfriend Leigh Boniello married Saturday in his hometown of Orlando, wedding guests confirm to PEOPLE.

"The whole thing was like it belonged in a bridal magazine," one guest tells PEOPLE of the Catholic ceremony, held at St. James Cathedral. "It was absolutely perfect."

Dorough, 34, proposed to Boniello last New Year's. "She wasn't expecting it, and I was quite nervous – more nervous about proposing to her in front of 40 family and friends than about performing in front of 40,000 people onstage," Dorough told PEOPLE earlier this year of his proposal at Boniello's family home in New Jersey.

The couple met in 2000, when Boniello, a film-exec-turned-real-estate-broker, was working as the Backstreet Boys' Webmaster.

The Backstreet Boys are currently promoting their sixth studio album, Unbreakable, released in October.

BFF things are fine wt Courteney Cox n Jen Aniston

By Brenda Jones
Dec 7, 2007

Forget the reports that there is some sort of split with BFF's Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox. The still striking brunette has given an interview to Us Weekly Magazine ands she tells them, "We are not in a fight. She is my friend, and I love her dearly." There have been reports that Jennifer would make yet another appearance on her FX show "Dirt" and perhaps the pair could try that lesbian kiss once again.

Courteney Cox: Things Are Fine With BFF Jennifer Aniston

Those are false according to Cox. She also said that Vince Vaughn (another rumored 'Dirt' guest appearance for this season) is a no go as well. "I've heard that too, she tells Us. "That would also be negative. But, you know, it wouldn't hurt the show for people to think that."

***

As far as a "Friends" reunion Courtney says "I don't think so," Cox, 43, tells Us Weekly in its latest issue. "But I would never say 100 percent no." Back to "Dirt" Court says that "This season is a little lighter. Lucy [Cox's character] went through something really tragic at the end of season one. She obviously lives, but she has a different attitude this year."

When asked how they come up with their stories she dishes, "We don't [base our stories] on any one particular celebrity. It's a weird thing because we can come up with a story, and then we haven't even filmed it ... and then, three weeks later, we'll read about it. People do really strange things. We'll take a thought or a germ of another idea, mix it with another idea ... and just come up with our own version of reality."

Jen aniston invited to pitt's family christmas celebration!

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie may have a frosty Christmas after Jennifer Aniston was reportedly invited to the Pitt family celebration.

Jolie allegedly went ballistic after discovering Pitt’s mum, Jane, had invited Aniston to join them for Christmas in Springfield, Missouri.

Jane and Bill Pitt have remained good friends with Aniston despite the 2005 breakdown of her marriage to their son.

“It’s an awkward situation. Angelina has been furious about the impending get-together since

Brad let the cat out of the bag,” an insider told Star magazine.

“She let him have it, blasting that she thinks Jen’s spending Christmas with them is totally inappropriate.

“Jane’s heart goes out to Jennifer. She knows how lonely Jen is. And Jen trusts Jane, and she thinks of the Pitts as family. Brad accepts that.”

And Brad’s brother Doug, and sister, Julie, share the warmth towards Aniston.

“They still think of her as a sister. Brad’s nieces and nephews love Jen too.”

But that has not carried any favour with Angelina, with whom Brad has three adopted children and one biological child.

“She (Angelina) thinks Jen’s relationship with Jane is unhealthy.

“She’s made it clear she won’t be anywhere near Jen. So if Jen shows up in Springfield for Christmas, Angie sure won’t.

“Angelina was livid. When she gets mad, she really gets mad. She got in Brad’s face and said she thought it was disrespectful.

“Her nose has been out of joint ever since he told her about it.

“Angie isn’t helping by keeping her distance from Brad’s family.

“She flew with Brad into Springfield on the morning of Thanksgiving for a brief stay and was supposed to help with dinner, but she didn’t.

“She didn’t really socialize with the family. While Brad spent time in the kitchen with his mum and sister, Angie stayed with the kids.”

But Jane, 66, is reportedly not fazed by Jolie’s anger. “She is still very close to and friendly with Jen. And that’s causing big trouble for Brad.

“It’s a tough spot to be in. Brad feels he has to respect the relationship between his mum and Jennifer.

“He still cares about Jen, and that just makes the situation even more precarious because Angelina is enraged by what she calls Jen’s ‘interference.’ It’s causing major friction.”

Jolie angry over Aniston's holiday plans
Tuesday, November 13 2007, 18:38 GMT

Angelina Jolie is said to be furious about Jennifer Aniston's plans to spend Thanksgiving with Brad Pitt's mother.

The Beowulf actress accused her partner's former wife of being "sneaky" and even threatened to disown Jane Pitt if she continues her close relationship with Aniston.

Pitt's mother reportedly invited the Friends actress to spend the US holiday at her home in Missouri.

Friend of Aniston, Tiffany Law, told Star magazine: "Jen sees no reason to stop (contact with Jane). They speak on the phone at least once a month and exchange cards and e-mails. But, apparently, it makes Ange's skin crawl.

"Ange has pulled no punches, and has made it clear to Brad that there will be no family harmony while Jane keeps up her friendship (with Aniston). But Brad has told Ange that what his mother does in her free time is her own business."

Jolie has three adopted children and one biological daughter with Pitt, who divorced Aniston in 2005 after five years of marriage.

Angelina Jolie Splits Pants at Premiere; Brad Pitt Covers Her Up Monday November 12, 2007
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie at the premiere of "Beowulf" in London on November 11, 2007.

They fly, they bike, they tour refugee camps — and they save each other from the occasional fashion disaster.

As Angelina Jolie walked the carpet at Sunday's night Beowulf premiere in London, her tight black leather Versace pants began to tear. Luckily, Brad Pitt leaped in and strategically placed his hands over the splitting seam.

It wasn't Angie's only fashion oops! that night: She also stepped in a big wad of gum in her Christian Louboutin high heels boots.

Singer Robert Goulet dies at 73 2 hours, 35 minutes ago

Associated Press

LOS ANGELES - Robert Goulet, the handsome, big-voiced baritone whose Broadway debut in "Camelot" launched an award-winning stage and recording career, has died. He was 73.

The singer died Tuesday morning in a Los Angeles hospital while awaiting a lung transplant, said Goulet spokesman Norm Johnson.

He had been awaiting a lung transplant at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after being found last month to have a rare form of pulmonary fibrosis.

Goulet had remained in good spirits even as he waited for the transplant, said Vera Goulet, his wife of 25 years.

"Just watch my vocal cords," she said he told doctors before they inserted a breathing tube.

The Massachusetts-born Goulet, who spent much of his youth in Canada, gained stardom in 1960 with "Camelot," the Lerner and Loewe musical that starred Richard Burton as King Arthur and Julie Andrews as his Queen Guenevere.

Goulet played Sir Lancelot, the arrogant French knight who falls in love with Guenevere.

He became a hit with American TV viewers with appearances on "The Ed Sullivan Show" and other programs. Sullivan labeled him the "American baritone from Canada," where he had already been a popular star in the 1950s, hosting his own show called "General Electric's Showtime."

Celeb Homes threaten as fire torch Penn's Land

Fires Torch Penn's Land, Threaten Celeb Homes Natalie Finn
Mon Oct 22, 5:12 PM ET

Los Angeles (E! Online) - Private beaches, a fleet of luxury cars, 24-hour private security and sweeping ocean views are no match for Mother Nature, especially on a windy day in SoCal after a hot, dry summer.

A wildfire that began early Sunday morning in Malibu scorched a plot of land belonging to Sean Penn on Monday and has forced evacuations all over the tony Pacific-adjacent enclave, including gated communities where celebs such as Mel Gibson, Jennifer Aniston and Kelsey Grammar reside.

Penn's lot at the top of Carbon Canyon Road, where he used to have a home before it was destroyed in an arson-suspected 1993 brushfire, contained two trailers, both of which burned after firefighters determined that, since they were unoccupied, there was no use risking lives to save them.

Photos posted on splashnews.com, which first reported Penn's loss, show the burning structures.

No damage has been reported, however, to David Duchovny and Téa Leoni's home, which is right near Penn's property.

Firefighters were also spotted clustered outside David Arquette and Courteney Cox's home, but according to images on celebrity photo site X17.com, the house remains intact and it looks to have been hosed down to ward off damage.

The gated community where Gibson, Olivia Newton-John and country singer Tanya Tucker have homes has been evacuated. James Cameron and Cindy Crawford's residences are also said to be in danger; Mark Hamill and his wife are also packed and ready to go should the siren sound, per the actor's rep.

Grammar and Victoria Principal were also among those who were forced out of town over the weekend, according to their publicists.

The Malibu fire, which as of Monday afternoon was reportedly only 10 percent contained, started at about 4:50 a.m. Sunday and has since charred at least 2,400 acres.

According to authorities, the blaze was probably triggered when the oft-destructive Santa Ana winds, which were blowing at about 65 miles per hour on Sunday, crossed paths with some high-voltage power lines.

Meanwhile, a dozen conflagrations have sprung up all over the Southland, affecting parts of the San Fernando Valley, Orange County, San Diego and Lake Arrowhead. More than 250,000 people have been evacuated altogether.

Taking matters into their own hands were The Hills' Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, who talked to Ryan Seacrest on Monday about their own containment efforts when a brushfire inched toward their Los Angeles-area home on Sunday.

"Spencer was literally down there putting out the fire, and I was screaming at him 'Come back here, the firemen are coming!'” Montag said on Seacrest's KIIS-FM morning show.

“It was here and I was putting out the fire with the hose,” Pratt added. “Until the firemen got there. They were fast.”

Also affected Monday was Young Hollywood's home away from home—Promises treatment center. Patients staying at the Malibu rehab facility, where Lindsay Lohan, Britney Spears, Ben Affleck and a host of others have stopped to sober up, were transferred to an outpatient locale after the area was included in a mandatory evacuation.

"Part of the problem is that Promises is on a single-lane road, and we didn't want to have problems with a lot of people trying to get out at one time," an L.A. County Fire Department spokesperson told reporters.

Despite the allure of all that oceanside luxury, Malibu has always been a notorious hot spot, so to speak.

Suzanne Somer's beachside manse was one of 11 homes destroyed when a brushfire, spurred by big winds, whipped through Malibu Road in January. Penn's residence was one of 268 homes that burned in 1993 when a possible arson blaze killed three people and caused $219 million in damage.

Collier Glacier is shrinking

BEND, Ore. - Between the North Sister and Middle Sister in Oregon's Cascade Range, Collier Glacier has advanced and receded for hundreds of thousands of years. But like many glaciers, it is headed in one direction these days: backward.

It is in serious peril, says geologist Ellen Morris Bishop of the Fossil-based Oregon Paleo Lands Institute. "We have basically a really sad picture of Collier Glacier today."

Geologists blame among other things a warming climate, altering the landscape and perhaps the availability of water to high-elevation ecosystems. Collier is shrinking faster than most of the 35 glaciers in the state.

"Now everything is just in a chaotic shrink," Bishop said.

This summer she led a climate change-themed tour of the Central Oregon Cascades, starting from McKenzie Pass and heading south. Volcanic activity built the Cascades, but over eons the glaciers have worn them down.

At the glacier's base is a moraine, or a ridge of rocks, deposited by the slowly moving glacier when it was bigger. Today an empty valley fills the space between the ridge and the glacial edge.

"This was a full valley in 1906," Bishop said. Since then it has retreated more than a mile.

The ice sheet has visibly shrunk since she first visited the glacier in the 1980s, Bishop said.

"We're in trouble," said David Eddleston, of Bend and a participant in the field trip. "It's right there in front of our eyes."

The shrinking of the glacier started about the same time carbon dioxide emissions started rising, Bishop said.

"It's all tied to climate change, said Peter Clark, a geosciences professor at Oregon State University.

In the late 19th century, many glaciers started to retreat, he said. That shrinking was probably due to natural fluctuations in the atmospheric temperature.

But in the last 20 to 30 years, all of the Cascades' glaciers have been shrinking, he said.

Collier is reflective of glaciers all along the Cascades, Clark said.

And because the actions of glaciers reflect temperatures from two decades ago, even if warming trends were to stop today, glaciers would still be shrinking for at least 20 years to come, he said.

With warming predicted to rise between 3 and 5 degrees by the end of the century, temperature will likely be the main factor that causes glaciers' decline.

"Most people would say that by the turn of the century there will be very little ice left on the mountains," Clark said.

Glaciers store water in the winter and then release it throughout the year, Clark said, spreading out the time when water is flowing. Without the glaciers, many streams will rely more on springtime runoff.

"It will affect the water balance of the mountainous regions," he said.

"At some point, they're going to be so small that they're not going to pump out that water," said Andrew Fountain, a geology professor at Portland State University.

And when that happens, lands at higher elevations will be much drier and subject to droughts, Fountain said. Stream flow will probably decrease, which means that plant life along those waterways would diminish.

Some lakes previously fed by glaciers would become clearer because there would be no sediment but they could also start to evaporate and become smaller.

But while glaciers might shrink, that doesn't mean the ice on mountains will disappear completely, he said.

"It's actually tough to get rid of a glacier," Fountain said. As glaciers retreat, they do so by inching up to higher mountain elevations, where the air is colder.

"But it's the difference," Fountain said, "between the Collier Glacier today and a little ice patch that might be 100 yards long."

Mars is coming!

You've probably heard that line before – no doubt fairly recently, thanks to a bogus e-mail that unfortunately received wide circulation on the Internet this summer with promises of Mars being as big as the full moon.

But this fact is absolutely true: Mars, the only planet whose surface we can see in any detail from the Earth, is now moving toward the best viewing position it will provide to us until the year 2014. Planet watchers have already begun readying their telescopes.

If you haven't seen it, it will be well worth looking for the red planet next week, even though you'll have to wait until after midnight to see it well.

Mars is currently midway between the zodiacal constellations of Taurus, the Bull and Gemini, the Twins and during this week it will rise shortly before 11 p.m. local daylight time. There is certainly no mistaking it once it comes up over the east-northeast horizon. Presently shining like a pumpkin-hued, zero magnitude star, Mars is currently tied for fifth place (with Vega) among the 21 brightest stars.

But as it continues to approach our Earth in the coming weeks and months, Mars will only be getting brighter: it will surpass Sirius, the brightest star in the sky by Dec. 9 and during the latter half of December it will even almost match Jupiter in brilliance.

Late next Wednesday night (or more precisely, early on Thursday morning), Mars will hover about 7-degrees above and to the right of the last quarter moon as they rise above the east-northeast horizon (your clenched fist held at arm's length is roughly 10-degrees in width). As you will see for yourself, the so-called "Red Planet" actually will appear closer to a yellow-orange tint – the same color of a dry desert under a high sun.

How close?

Every 26 months, or so, Earth makes a close approach to Mars, as our smaller, swifter orbit "overtakes" Mars around the sun. Because both the orbits of Mars and Earth are mildly elliptical, some close approaches between the two planets are closer than others.

This current apparition of Mars will be nowhere near as spectacular as the oft-referred approach of August 2003 when the planet came closer to Earth than it had in nearly 60,000-years.

Rather, on this upcoming occasion, Mars will come closest to Earth on the evening of December 18th (at around 6:46 p.m. Eastern Standard Time).

The planet will then lie 54.8 million miles (88.2 million kilometers) from Earth as measured from center to center. Mars will arrive at opposition to the sun (rising at sunset, setting at sunrise) six days later on Christmas Eve, December 24th.

How big?

That recent Martian e-mail message – a hyperbole which was widely circulated for a fourth consecutive year – lead people to believe, with liberal use of exclamation marks, that on Aug. 27, Mars would appear as bright as (or as large as) that night's full moon in the night sky. The subject header urged viewers to prepare to view "Two Full Moons."

It was amazing (and a little disturbing) to see just how many people actually believed that Mars could loom so large in our sky. But the truth is that even when at its absolute closest possible approach to Earth, Mars can appear no larger than 1/72 as big as the moon; to the unaided eye it would appear as nothing more than an extremely bright, non-twinkling star.

When it comes closest to Earth on December 18th of this year, Mars' apparent disk diameter will be equal to 15.9 arc seconds. To get an idea of just how large this is, wait until darkness falls this week and if you have a telescope, check out Jupiter, gleaming in the southwestern sky; it'll appear about 35 arc seconds across.

In contrast, Mars' disk will appear less than half as big as Jupiter's when the Red Planet comes closest to Earth later this year. While this may sound small, keep in mind that this is still atypically large for Mars. In fact, from November 30th through Jan. 5, 2008, Mars' apparent size will be larger than at any time until April 2014. Around the time that Mars is closest, amateurs with telescopes as small as 4-inches and magnifying above 120-power should be able to make out some dusky markings on the small yellow-orange disk, and perhaps the bright white polar cap.

Size isn't everything

From Dec. 15 through Dec. 29, Mars will blaze at magnitude -1.6, a bit brighter than Sirius, but just slightly inferior to Jupiter. Mars will still be positioned between Taurus and Gemini, at a rather high declination of about +27-degrees.

So almost as if to compensate for its relatively small apparent size, Mars will literally soar in the night sky of late-December.

When it reaches its highest point in the sky at around midnight local time, its altitude will be 70-degrees at Seattle, 76-degrees for New York, and an exceptional 83-degrees at Los Angeles. Meanwhile, amateur and professional astronomers stationed in southern Texas and central Florida will see Mars pass directly, or very nearly overhead!

Three drinks a day ups breast cancer risk -study
September 26, 2007 11:03:44 PM PST
Three or more drinks a day, whether beer, wine or spirits, boost a woman's risk of breast cancer as much as smoking a pack of cigarettes, U.S. researchers said on Thursday.

The relationship between alcohol and breast cancer is known but there has been little data on whether the choice of drink made a difference, they told a European Cancer Conference.

In what the researchers said was one of the largest studies to investigate links between breast cancer and alcohol -- found that alcohol itself and the amount a person consumed were key rather than the type of drink.

"Studies have consistently linked drinking alcohol to an increased risk of female breast cancer, but until now there has been little data, most of it conflicting, about an independent role played by the choice of beverage type," Arthur Klatsky of Kaiser Permanente in California and one of the researchers said.

Breast cancer is the second most common cancer killer of women, after lung cancer. It will be diagnosed in 1.2 million people globally this year and will kill 500,000.

Other studies have shown that light- to moderate alcohol use can protect against heart attacks, though Klatsky said other mechanisms were probably at work.

The heart protection likely comes from alcohol-induced "good" cholesterol, reduced blood clotting and decreased diabetes risk. But for breast cancer, the ethyl alcohol found in all booze likely ups the risk, the researchers said.

The researchers looked at the drinking habits of more than 70,000 women from a variety of ethnic backgrounds who supplied information during health examinations between 1978 and 1985. By 2004, nearly 3,000 of the women were diagnosed with breast cancer.

Among women who drank, the team examined a preference for a type of alcohol and how much of each drink people consumed. They also compared the total amount consumed and compared it to women who drank less than one drink a day.

Women who drank between one and two alcoholic drinks per day increased their risk of breast cancer by 10 percent compared with people who consumed less than one drink each day, the study found. The risk of breast cancer jumped by 30 percent in women who drank more than three drinks a day.

The results were also similar in different age and ethnic groups, the researchers said.

george clooney hurt in motorcycle crash

WEEHAWKEN, N.J. - George Clooney and a companion were injured on Friday when their motorcycle collided with a car on a narrow road across the Hudson River from New York City.

Clooney suffered a broken rib and scrapes while his passenger, Sarah Larson, broke her foot in the 3:30 p.m. collision. The two were treated at Palisades Medical Center in North Bergen and released, Clooney's spokesman, Stan Rosenfield, said.

"He's doing fine," Rosenfield said. "He has a broken rib, it's very painful and it'll take a long time to heal."

Clooney and Larson were traveling north and sped up to pass on the right of a 1999 Mazda Millenia that was preparing to make a right turn, said Weehawken police Sgt. Sean Kelly. Both were wearing helmets.

It wasn't known whether the Mazda's driver, whose identity was not immediately released, used a turn signal, Kelly said. The accident was under investigation.

"It's a he-said, she-said right now, but you can't pass on the right in Weehawken or anywhere in Jersey," Kelly said.

Rosenfield said the accident occurred when the vehicle signaled a left-hand turn, but turned right and struck Clooney's motorcycle.

"The car signaled left. George was riding to the right. The driver decided to make an abrupt right turn and clipped George," he said.

The 46-year-old actor was in the New York area to film the dark comedy "Burn After Reading," co-starring Brad Pitt, John Malkovich and Frances McDormand.

Clooney's recovery shouldn't interrupt the production's schedule, Rosenfield said.

Clooney's latest film, "Michael Clayton," will be released next month. He and Larson have been spotted together at several film festivals and movie premieres in recent weeks.

Timberlake hasn't spoken to Spears

09/19/2007 5:29 PM, AP

Justin Timberlake had kind words about Britney Spears, but said he hasn't spoken to his ex-girlfriend in a long time and couldn't offer any explanation for her recent bizarre behavior.

"What do you think is going on with Britney?" asked talk-show host Oprah Winfrey during an interview with Timberlake that aired Wednesday.

"I don't know, to be honest with you. I haven't spoken to her in years," the 26-year-old singer said. "There's no ill will. I have nothing but love for her."

"It's funny because we dated each other at a time," he said. "Wow, I haven't talked about this in a long time, this is interesting."

"We were teenagers," he said.

"Famous teenagers," Winfrey added.

"And I think that's basically the best way to describe what happened to us," Timberlake said. "I think she's a great person. And I don't know her as well as I did."

Spears and Timberlake, both Mouseketeer alumni, dated for three years before breaking up in March 2002.

Timberlake wouldn't speculate about what's going on now with Spears, who has divorced Kevin Federline, shaved her own head, spent time in rehab and delivered a sloppy performance at MTV's Video Music Awards during the past year.

"What I do know about her is she has a huge heart and she's a great person," he said.

Asked if he's dating anyone now, Timberlake said yes, but wouldn't give her name.

During his appearance on "The Oprah Winfrey Show," Timberlake did talk about his struggles to deal with the paparazzi who shadow his every move. He said tabloids try to turn celebrities' lives into soap operas.

"If two famous people are dating each other, what I've found and I could be wrong, but just in my personal experience, if you're not going to get married, then you're breaking up," he said. "It's one or the other."

Angelina Jolie Son Maddox Now Asking Who's Jennifer Aniston?

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have both expressed a desire to speak with Brad's ex wife Jennifer Aniston. It may be the guilt of how their relationship started or in Brad's case he just may want to maintain that close personal bond that remains between the two that he bragged about earlier.

Now reports claim that Angelina is none too happy with Brad's confessed desires with Jennifer (one can imagine Jen isn't too happy having Brad drag her back in his messy life again either) and the couple are now back to heated discussion on Brad's interviews

Beyonce walks on stage to accept the VMA award for Most Earth-Shattering Collaboration for the song 'Beautiful Liar', which she recorded with Shakira (not pictured), at the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards in Las Vegas, September 9,

For the past month, the Colombian pop star has been taking a class at the University of California, Los Angeles, called "Introduction to Western Civilization: Ancient Civilizations from Prehistory to Circa A.D. 843."

"She went when she finished her tour, for the summer," Shakira's manager Fifi Kurzman told The Associated Press.

For years the 30-year-old has studied on her own, also taking tutorials on the history and languages of the countries she visits, Kurzman said.

The singer, known for last year's "Hips Don't Lie" and other hits, released her first album at age 14 and later took time off to finish high school.

She decided to take a musical rest this summer following her worldwide "Oral Fixation" tour to focus on social causes, Kurzman said.

The class began Aug. 6 and ended Thursday, though Shakira didn't attended the last few classes, according to course lecturer Robert Cleve. Cleve said he hadn't known she was a celebrity during the course and was astonished to learn she was a pop star.

"She told me she was visiting from Colombia and that she was just doing this for her own enlightenment and enjoyment," Cleve said. "She looked like just an ordinary student. She wasn't flamboyant ... she didn't act like a big celebrity or anything."

Shakira, who sat near the front in the third row of the lecture hall, would often discuss the course material with him after class.

"I was really impressed with how intelligent she was," said Cleve

FRANKFURT (Reuters) - What price exclusivity? If you ask Lamborghini, one million euros ($1.4 million) should do it -- before tax, of course.

In a bid to add more prestige to what it already has, the Italian maker of super luxury sports car unveiled the Reventon at Frankfurt's international autoshow, a very limited edition car that looks more like an arrow than anything on four wheels.

With this price tag, it is the most expensive car that it has ever built.

Needless to say, Lamborghini has already sold the 20 cars that it plans to build.

"As soon as the word got out, we sold out in four days," Chief Executive Stephan Winkelmann told Reuters, adding that they could have easily sold another 20.

Most of the buyers were men from the United States, Lamborghini's biggest market, he said.

Some of them are already owners of a Lamborghini, which competes with the likes of Ferrari in speed and exclusivity.

"We have among our customers movie stars, sports stars... (but) the majority of our clients are businessmen. Men. Lovers of luxury goods," said Winkelmann.

True to its tradition of cultivating an aggressive image, Lamborghini named the car after a bull that killed matador Felix Guzman in 1943.

Although it is based on its Murcielago LP640 model, Lamborghini's engineers took inspiration from a fighter jet and reworked the composite carbon fiber body to accentuate the sleekness and angular edges usually associated with its cars.

The engine is the same as the LP640: a 12-cylinder rocket that can propel the car from zero to 100 km/h in 3.4 seconds.

By comparison, the coupe version of the LP640 costs a relatively more modest 219,600 euros.

Lamborghini, which is run by Volkswagen's (VOWG.DE) Audi division, will start making the Reventon in January and deliver them in October.

The car, which came in an opaque gray at the autoshow, has a three-year warranty

J.Lo's line sparkles at Fashion Week

09/11/2007 11:55 PM, AP

Big colorful butterflies hanging from the ceiling. Pink, purple and green trees. A model dressed as a fairy, on a swing.

Jennifer Lopez said her new young contemporary line was "fantasy — classic inspiration but with a new, kind of funky spin," so she turned the setting of her JustSweet show Tuesday night at New York Fashion Week into a fairy tale.

Models pranced down a silver sparkling runway wearing colors called pixie dust, magic mint and pirate pink. The clothes were sparkling, too, ranging from a sweater dress with thick, sparkling, colorful, diagonal stripes to denim boy shorts with a sparkling brown hoodie.

Her outfits alternated between sophisticated — lots of minidresses — and casual — a pair of skinnies with a cargo green graphic T-shirt. She incorporated her signature one-shoulder look, but didn't go overboard, along with bell sleeves and cropped jackets to add chic to all that trendiness.

Lopez, 37, said she developed JustSweet to fill the void between J.Lo, her denim and T-shirt urban wear line, and Sweetface, a high-fashion, higher-priced line. She wanted to do something in the middle. All the pieces range from $49 to $99. She said she designed the line for the young at heart.

"Girls who are young who are going to wear it are going to feel sophisticated in it because it does have a chic kind of feeling to it," she said. "But people who are older who wear it are going to feel young, flirty and fun. It really has a nice mix."

The actress-singer, who performed at Fashion Rocks on Thursday, said she's not worried about whether she is taken seriously as a designer.

"I'm not looking for the credibility," she said. "I'm looking to make clothes that every woman can wear."
Italian Grilled Chicken Sandwiches

Though you can marinate the chicken cutlets and veggies for up to three hours, the flavors develop quickly. That means you can get the marinade going and then light the grill, and dinner's almost done!

Credit: Wish-Bone

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

1 cup Wish-Bone Italian Dressing
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast cutlets
1 small eggplant, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices (about 3/4 pound)
1 medium zucchini, cut diagonally into 1/4-inch-thick slices (about 1/2 pound)
Green leaf lettuce
1 package (8 ounces) fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 jar (12 ounces) roasted red peppers packed in oil, drained
1 loaf peasant bread, sliced and grilled or broiled
Directions:

In a large, shallow non-aluminum baking dish or plastic bag, pour 3/4 cup Wish-Bone Italian Dressing over chicken, eggplant and zucchini. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, up to 3 hours. Refrigerate remaining dressing.

Remove chicken and vegetables from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill or broil chicken and vegetables, brushing with remaining 1/4 cup dressing, until chicken is thoroughly cooked and vegetables are tender, turning once.

To assemble sandwiches, layer lettuce, hot vegetables, cheese, hot chicken and roasted peppers on bread.
