Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer are still going strong. The new couple were again out and about in Los Angeles, this time the paparazzi spotted them outside a friend's house in Beverly Hills. Mayer is back in Los Angeles on his tour and as luck would have it, Jennifer has a couple of nice homes the pair can stay at if they wish.

Are they talking babies? Not yet as Jennifer wants to take it slow. According to a report from Life & Style Weekly, Jennifer Aniston, 39, has said that she's "always wanted to have children" - but she's afraid to pressure her eight-years younger beau, John Mayer, into it.

"Jen's being very careful not to freak out John with too much talk about babies and marriage," says an insider. "But the fact is, they're planning a future together." In fact, ways a second insider, John wants them to move in together. Who can blame him?

The Gossip Girls have the latest batch of photos of the couple here this will be the last Los Angeles area tour dates and he will be playing in Chula Vista at the Cricket Wireless Amphitheatre before moving on to Phoenix, Arizona on Wednesday night. Will Jennifer travel to the desert with Mayer?

Cops Say Shia "Not At Fault" for Crash

Detectives have determined that the other driver in Shia's bust-up Sunday morning ran a red light, and that person is responsible for the crash, not LaBeouf. "He was not at fault," says L.A. Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore.

Matt Damon:It's a Girl!

Break out the pink onesies. Matt Damon's wife, Luciana – whom the actor says is "due soon" – is having another little girl!

"I'm so outnumbered down here, it's crazy," Damon, 37, told USA Today via telephone from his home in Miami.

This child will be the third girl in the Damon household, joining big sisters Isabella, 2, and Alexia, 9.

And while they're undoubtedly prepared with tons of hand-me-downs, one thing the couple doesn't have yet is a name. "We decided to wait till she's born," Damon said. "We're going to get a look at her and we'll probably keep debating it!"

The Bourne star also chatted about packing on the pounds for his "doughy" role in The Informant, joking that he was in danger of forfeiting his Sexiest Man Alive title.

Even now – when he's started to drop the weight – he told USA Today, "I'm the Sexiest Man Alive's chunky cousin."

How is he slimming down? "I'm just boxing," said the actor, who's getting ready for re-shoots on Green Zone, in which he plays a solider. "I figure if you get hit enough times, [the weight] will fall off."

After the re-shoots in September, Damon is looking forward to a much-deserved break. "[I'm] taking the rest of the year off,” he told the paper. “I'm just hanging out with my family."

SHIA LABEOUF - SHIA LABEOUF TO MISS TRANSFORMERS 2 AFTER SURGERY

Shia LaBeouf will miss the start of filming for the next Transformers film after undergoing "extensive surgery" following a car crash this weekend.

The 22-year-old actor was arrested in the early hours of Sunday morning in Hollywood after his car hit a truck and flipped across the road.

He was detained on suspicion of drink-driving following the 02:30 local time (10:30 BST) incident yesterday.

On Monday his publicist confirmed the arrest and said LaBeouf would miss at least one month's worth of filming for Transformers 2.

Although none of his injuries are life-threatening, he has sustained injuries to his head and hand.

"Attorneys for Mr LaBeouf confirm that an automobile accident involving an additional party occurred early morning in Los Angeles on July 27th 2008," a statement said.

"Shia is currently recovering from extensive hand surgery with plans to return to work on the set of Transformers 2 within one month. No further comment will be issued at this time."

LaBeouf is currently in the Cedars Sinai Medical Centre being treated for his injuries, the same location as his passenger and the driver of the other vehicle..

The young actor, who played Sam Witwicky in last year's Transformers movie was arrested in November 2007 after refusing to leave a pharmacy in Chicago at the end of a night out.

"That was complete and utter insanity," LaBeouf told Empire magazine earlier this year.

"I was an ***hole, and it was a mistake I'm still completely embarrassed about it."

She's checked out and moved on thanks to rock and roll singer and guitarist John Mayer. In town since Wednesday, Lynne and Britney have been enjoying some mother-daughter bonding, shopping at the True Religion warehouse and Pottery Barn on Friday before enjoying a "girls dinner" of salad, sushi rolls, and fish at Bond St. restaurant with two of Britney's pals.

"Britney walked in with a big smile and introduced her mom to the staff," says an observer. "She looked gorgeous, and I have never seen her in a better mood. She was laughing the whole time she was here. Britney seemed to have the best time hanging out with her mom and friends."

The Jolie-Pitts Welcome a Son & Daughter

Brad Pitt was at Angelina Jolie's side as she gave birth to a son and daughter Saturday at the Fondation Lenval hospital in Nice, France, PEOPLE has confirmed.

"The babies are doing well. The operation went just perfectly," Dr. Michel Sussmann told PEOPLE Sunday. "Angelina is in very good spirits. Brad Pitt was at her side. He was there and all was well."

Sussmann confirmed the Nice-Matin newspaper report that Jolie gave birth to a boy, Knox Leon, and a girl, Vivienne Marcheline, by Cesarean section on Saturday night. Knox weighed 5.03 lbs, and Vivienne 5 lbs.

The twins are the fifth and sixth children for Jolie, 33, and partner Brad Pitt, 44, who are already parents to Maddox, 6; Pax, 4; Zahara, 3; and Shiloh, 2.

"The mother and father are very, very happy," Sussmann told PEOPLE.

The doctor told the Associated Press that the Cesarean was moved forward "for medical reasons" so that the babies could be born "in the best conditions." He also said Jolie is expected to stay in the hospital for a few days.

On July 1, Jolie checked in to the Fondation Lenval hospital to await the births. The family has been living in the south of France since this spring.

Jolie recently told Entertainment Weekly that she was surprised – but not daunted – when she learned she was having twins. "It did shock us, and we jumped to six [children] quickly," she said. "But we like a challenge."

WEDDING RUMORS HOT UP.

It's only been a matter of months since Jennifer Aniston hooked up with John Mayer and the wedding rumours are already flying.

Last week it was claimed that the Friends actress had blurted out a kind-of marriage proposal to her man - only to be turned down.

"During a recent romantic stroll on the beach in Malibu, the words 'I want to marry you' just tumbled out of Jen's mouth, a source told Star.

"Unfortunately for Jen," the source continued, "John doesn't share her desire to get married too quickly."

Mayer – who this week confessed that Aniston isn't the only groupie he's slept with – has since had a dramatic change of heart and is ready to make a more permanent commitment - at least according to the National Enquirer.

The latest edition of the gossip rag carries the headline "John Mayer Proposes to Jen" on it's front cover.

I have a hard time believing this one. Tom Cruise was re-shooting scenes from his never going to be released movie Valkyrie in LA, and Katie and Suri decided to drop by and visit. While they were there, she let Suri play at a public playground - well, after she took an entire bottle of sanitizer and wipes and spayed down the ENTIRE PLAYGROUND.

Paris Hilton has dismissed reports that she was punched in the face by a party-goer at an LA nightclub!!!

Previous reports said that Paris got a bruised cheek after being attacked during a personal appearance at Coco de Ville on Tuesday.

Paris insists that the rumors were a publicity stunt. “I had a great time and didn’t even have an argument with anyone. I don’t know where they come up with this stuff. It’s a completely made up story.

“Maybe [it was for] publicity for the club. It was my first time there, so I think someone just put that story out there so the place would get a bunch of press.”

Actress UMA THURMAN has thrown a second party to celebrate her engagement to ARPAD BUSSON.

Many celebrity watchers love to hate Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. Many still hold her responsible for the break up of Pitt's marriage to Jennifer Aniston. That's now ancient history and it might have been a good thing anyway as without it fans couldn't be taking in so much information about sexy guitarists John Mayer and his new relationship with Jennifer.

Star Magazine has a poll for fans of a bunch of celebrity couples to see who you are sick of and which couple still has the buzz. One of the choices for Brad and Angie is, "If I hear another thing about Brangelina I'm going to have morning sickness." That one is the top vote getter in the poll with a whopping 54% of the vote.

For Aniston and Mayer, it appears that fans love them and only the Jolie and Pitt fans are fed up with "Johnifer" as the answer, "I want all the details about their hot romance," is a big winner for the couple in the Star Magazine poll with 45% of the vote. Other couples in the poll include Lindsay Lohan and Sam Ronson and and Madonna and A-Rod.

Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo get even worse ratings than Brad and Angelina and Kate Hudson and Lance Armstrong are dubbed as serial daters and the majority of responders to the unscientific online poll say they are fed up with those two. JENNIFER ANISTON FOUND JESSICA LOVE LETTER .

Everyone is always talking about how Jennifer Aniston is unlucky in love that that America can't wait for their sweetheart to find love again, get married and have lots of beautiful children. Only problem is, as soon as she starts dating someone, the media goes wild with fabricated stories.

The NY Post is reporting that Jenn "a batch" of love letters from John Mayer's ex Jessica Simpson in his guitar case and "Jennifer was more hurt than angry at the discovery." said a source.

"The letters surprisingly were very touching and well written."

The source added that Jenn was upset at first, but her and John "smoothed things over."

Aside from the fact that Jenn's rep called the story "completely fabricated," why would he keep the letters somewhere like his guitar case? He uses that thing all the time! The media tries to make Jenn look like a jealous psycho possessive girlfriend, when it’s probably pretty far from the truth. Who do you believe?

ZHANG ZI YI AND VIVI NEVO ENGANGED!

Zhang Ziyi (29) and Vivi Nevo (41) are engaged to be married. Nevo who confirmed the rumor on Tuesday, and said that a wedding is being planned for next year.

Nevo, who is a low-key billionaire stockholder of Time Warner, made the rarely high-profile announcement while attending the annual conference of Allen & Company in Sun Valley, Idaho, the Associated Press reported. Ziyi accompanied Nevo to the event.

BRITNEY IS BACK!

Britney Spears is back in action! The superstar has been shooting a highly publicized segment for Madonna's "Sticky & Sweet" Tour Us Magazine reports.

Spears, shot an elevator scene in which she is disguised in a black hoodie, a source told Us.

Once in the elevator she realizes she is trapped and cannot get out, she "starts to kick the wall and hit things," the source added. "At one point she screams into the camera."

In a state of panic Spears takes off the hood, revealing her long blonde locks, looks straight into the camera and says her famous line "It's Britney, [expletive]."


Spears has been keeping herself busy these days with recent appearances on "How I Met Your Mother" and working on her upcoming album.

GWEN N GAVIN ROSSDALE SHOPPING SPREE.

Rocker couple Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale go shopping for household items on Beverly Blvd., in West Hollywood on Wednesday.

The pretty pair picked up furniture at the Hastens store.

Later in the day, Gwen and Gavin were spotted lunching at one of their favorite eateries, Madeo Italian Restaurant.

Earlier this week, the couple cheered on tennis champ Roger Federer at Wimbledon but without any luck since he lost!

JOHN MAYER PROPOSES TO JENNIFER ANISTON?

Jennifer Aniston is busy helping her new man John Mayer with bringing a ton of attention to his tour by just showing up and being Jennifer Aniston. The California beauty and the rock and roll guitarist were thought to be a bit of an odd couple when the photos first hit from Miami that proved the rumors were true and they were America's hottest new couple.

Now fans of the couple can expect the pregnancy speculation any time that Jennifer has a large meal and certainly there will be reports that the pair are getting serious and headed towards a wedding. BEN AFFLECK - AFFLECK AND GARNER EXPECTING SECOND CHILD?

Hollywood couple BEN AFFLECK and JENNIFER GARNER are expecting their second child, according to new reports.

The pair welcomed their two-year-old daughter Violet in December 2005, and are expecting a second addition to their brood with Garner set to give birth next year (09), reports the National Enquirer.

A source tells the tabloid, "A few days before the Fourth of July, Jen began calling close pals with the news that she was pregnant again. Jen said she's three months along - and she and Ben are 'ecstatic'."

The source adds, "She and Ben are still deciding whether they'll ask the sex of the child."

Affleck and Garner wed in June 2005 after meeting on the set of 2003 film Daredevil.
Affleck's spokesperson, Ken Sunshine, is refusing to confirm or deny the reports, telling WENN: "We don't comment on the personal lives of our clients."

After an afternoon stroll on the beach in Eze-sur-Mer with Bono, Robert De Niro and three of his children, Brad Pitt arrived at Lenval hospital at 7:30 p.m.

Accompanied by Maddox, Papa Pitt apparently came to stay overnight with Angelina Jolie.

Sources tell E! news that earlier in the day Brad, along with Maddox, Pax and Zahara, spent the afternoon at the beach.

"Bono and Robert De Niro are really good friends, and they hang out in the South of France together every summer," says a source.

"The kids looked like they were having a great time, and none of the locals bothered them or took any notice of them.

"It was a fun afternoon out for all of them."

Matthew McConaughey Names Son Levi

Matthew McConaughey and girlfriend Camila Alves have named their newborn son Levi Alves McConaughey, Usmagazine.com has confirmed.

He wrote on his Web site that "Levi" is another name for the apostle Matthew in the Bible. "They were, in fact, two names for the same person," he said.

Weighing 7 pounds and 4 ounces, his son was born at 6:22 p.m. Monday.

Said McConaughey: "This particular 'time' represents my favorite verse in the book of Matthew in the Bible: 'If thy eye be single, thy whole body will be full of light.'"

The boy's middle name, Alves, is after McConaughey's 24-year-old girlfriend. "We wanted to incorporate her family name," he explained.

"We welcome 'Levi Alves McConaughey' into this wonderful life and look forward to livin' it with him," he added.

SARAH LARSON IS STILL IN GOOD TERM WITH GEORGE.

Despite their breakup in May, Sarah Larson remains on good terms with George Clooney.

"George is a great guy, a wonderful person," the former Fear Factor winner tells Britain's Hello! magazine in what is billed as her first interview since she and the star split.

"I don't regret spending time with him," says Larson. "We still remain friends and have kept in touch. In fact, we spoke over the phone a couple of days ago."

As for what she's taken away from the one-year relationship, Larson says, "Most people know George has a great sense of humor and is an adept storyteller. But I will always love his extraordinary dance moves."

Not that this meant – despite early speculation – that the two were destined to waltz down the aisle. "We were never engaged," she says.

And as for her current relationship status, though single, Larson says, "I have two men in my life right now. They're very dark and have lots of hair and weigh 15 lbs."

That would be her two cats, Lippy and Animal.

MC CONAUGHEY IS A DAD.

Matthew McConaughey and girlfriend of two years Camila Alves have welcomed a son Monday night, his rep Alan Nierob confirms to PEOPLE. The baby – the first child for both – was born at 6:22 p.m. in Los Angeles, weighing in at 7 lbs., 4 oz.

"They're so happy!" said a close pal.

In January PEOPLE's former Sexiest Man Alive announced the couple were expecting on his website. "Camila and I made a baby together...," he wrote at the time. "We are stoked and wowed."

McConaughey's oldest brother, Rooster, shared their elation. "Oh, it's going to be fun!" he told PEOPLE. "He'll make a really good dad because he's got a lot of patience. I'm excited for him. It's about time."

Alves, a model and handbag designer, recently told PEOPLE she plans to take time off once the baby arrives. "More important than anything is that I have a peaceful life and a peaceful home," she said.

Britney Spears' new makeover for Madonna tour video appearance

July 9, 2008 (Sawf News) - Britney Spears got herself a new makeover at the B2V hair salon in Beverly Hill on Tuesday, July 8, for the filming of her video appearance on Madonna's upcoming Sweet and Sticky tour.

Britney looked stylish in a sleeveless summery white dress with geometrical print and a high neck. She accessorized with metallic frame oversized shades, a white hand bag and black thick sole thong sandals with bows.

Britney's below shoulder length hair extensions were colored blonde and styled straight with a middle parting.

The video shoot, scheduled for Tuesday was, however, canceled, reportedly because of technical delays.

"The video will be very deep," a source in the Spears camp tells E! News. "You've never seen Britney like this before. It will blow your mind."

As reported earlier, Britney's video will be played on a giant screen onstage during Madonna's concerts during the tour which gets underway in August to promote Madonna's eleventh studio album, Hard Candy.

Britney will not be making any personal appearances.

JADA PINKETT-SMITH - PINKETT SMITH CALLS IN THE DOG WHISPERER TO SOLVE SNAKE PROBLEM

JADA PINKETT SMITH has called in Hollywood's DOG WHISPERER to train her pets to avoid rattlesnakes on the family's Malibu, California ranch.

The actress was devastated when her beloved pooch Rocco died after a rattlesnake attack and she now feels compelled to make sure her other dogs stay away from danger.
She says, "I'm willing to do what's necessary to make sure I don't have this same event happen again."

Pinkett Smith called in reality TV star Cesar Millan, who filmed his bid to train the dogs for his Dog Whisperer show.

Millan used real rattlesnakes to teach the dogs to be aware of their sound and danger.

During the shooting of the show, he told Pinkett Smith that more than 150,000 dogs and cats are left dead or seriously injured after venomous snake attacks every year.

The rock life seems to appeal to Jennifer Aniston, as she continued to follow boyfriend John Mayer on his U.S. tour this past weekend. The latest stop on the Mayer-Aniston journey: Rothbury, Mich.

The star of the upcoming film Marley & Me watched Mayer’s set Sunday at the Rothbury Festival from off stage, while he crooned for 90 minutes.

The Detroit News reports that photographers used telephoto lenses to attempt to get a shot of Aniston.

Aniston has become a regular fixture on Mayer's summer tour. She was spotted at his St. Louis concert on Thursday and at his Milwaukee gig the day before.

Aniston doesn't limit herself to domestic travel. Last month, she trekked overseas to London to see her man perform.

The report comes from gossip Mike Walker and he details a south of the border battle over a trip with Jen's old flame Vince Vaughn.

According to a report from the Enquirer, just before Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer jetted to Europe for the kickoff of his concert tour, the couple finally had their very first lovers' quarrel. The brouhaha blew up during a romantic getaway at Casa Aramara, the Mexico beach estate owned by "Girls Gone Wild" mogul Joe Francis, because a big-mouth staffer mentioned Jen's earlier visit with ex-boyfriend Vince Vaughn.

Sources say the revelation caught John by surprise and he exploded, turned his back on Jen - who was near tears - and stormed off down the beach! When he slouched back hours later, Jen calmly explained that one, she'd visited with Vince over two years ago, and two she's in love with him - only.

Queen of pop Madge wants to kick-start troubled pal’s career

Britney Spears is being lined-up to join Madonna on the road.

The pair are already recording a video to form part of Madge’s Sticky And Sweet tour, which kicks off next month.

But now Madonna, 49 – who shared a snog with Brit at the MTV Music Awards in 2003 – is also hoping to convince the 26-year-old to come on stage.

‘They are recording a video together that will provide the backdrop for part of Madonna’s show,’ says a source. ‘It’s hoped that Madonna can help Britney get back to her old self. Appearing with Madonna would really kick-start her career again.’

Meanwhile, in new biography Life With My Sister Madonna, Christopher Ciconne, 47, claims his sister once kissed Gwyneth Paltrow, 35, at a New Year's Eve party.
