Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer: Still Going Strong, Talking Babies?

Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer are still going strong. The new couple were again out and about in Los Angeles, this time the paparazzi spotted them outside a friend's house in Beverly Hills. Mayer is back in Los Angeles on his tour and as luck would have it, Jennifer has a couple of nice homes the pair can stay at if they wish.

Are they talking babies? Not yet as Jennifer wants to take it slow. According to a report from Life & Style Weekly, Jennifer Aniston, 39, has said that she's "always wanted to have children" - but she's afraid to pressure her eight-years younger beau, John Mayer, into it.

"Jen's being very careful not to freak out John with too much talk about babies and marriage," says an insider. "But the fact is, they're planning a future together." In fact, ways a second insider, John wants them to move in together. Who can blame him?

The Gossip Girls have the latest batch of photos of the couple here this will be the last Los Angeles area tour dates and he will be playing in Chula Vista at the Cricket Wireless Amphitheatre before moving on to Phoenix, Arizona on Wednesday night. Will Jennifer travel to the desert with Mayer?

Cops Say Shia "Not At Fault" for Crash

Detectives have determined that the other driver in Shia's bust-up Sunday morning ran a red light, and that person is responsible for the crash, not LaBeouf. "He was not at fault," says L.A. Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore.

Matt Damon:It's a Girl!

Break out the pink onesies. Matt Damon's wife, Luciana – whom the actor says is "due soon" – is having another little girl!

"I'm so outnumbered down here, it's crazy," Damon, 37, told USA Today via telephone from his home in Miami.

This child will be the third girl in the Damon household, joining big sisters Isabella, 2, and Alexia, 9.

And while they're undoubtedly prepared with tons of hand-me-downs, one thing the couple doesn't have yet is a name. "We decided to wait till she's born," Damon said. "We're going to get a look at her and we'll probably keep debating it!"

The Bourne star also chatted about packing on the pounds for his "doughy" role in The Informant, joking that he was in danger of forfeiting his Sexiest Man Alive title.

Even now – when he's started to drop the weight – he told USA Today, "I'm the Sexiest Man Alive's chunky cousin."

How is he slimming down? "I'm just boxing," said the actor, who's getting ready for re-shoots on Green Zone, in which he plays a solider. "I figure if you get hit enough times, [the weight] will fall off."

After the re-shoots in September, Damon is looking forward to a much-deserved break. "[I'm] taking the rest of the year off,” he told the paper. “I'm just hanging out with my family."
